Yes, we are a national medical billing company. Although we are headquartered in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, we serve clients nationwide. Our representatives are available to meet with your team in person, over the phone, or through video conferencing whenever and wherever you need us.

After agreeing to the proposal and signing the contract, we can typically get started in as little as two weeks or longer, depending on the client’s timeline. In the transition phase, we will request access to EMRs, portals, and other appropriate access we need to commence service. We will also assign staff and familiarize ourselves with your practice so we are prepared and ready to go as soon as possible.
